Job Description

The Role:

This 12-month contract position as the Client Experience Coordinator will have you splitting time between their Brisbane office and their newest residential developments, creating seamless customer journeys from purchase through settlement and beyond. This dynamic role connects our customer care, sales, and marketing teams to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will:

  • Conduct on-site handovers, providing keys and support to new residents
  • Manage the defect reporting and resolution process for new move-ins
  • Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and manage documentation with precision
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records in Salesforce while supporting reporting needs
  • Process Expressions of Interest and manage contract documentation efficiently
  • Collaborate with their legal, development, and finance teams to ensure accuracy
  • Provide on-site support at their residential buildings several days per week
Requirements for this position:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential for travel between sites)
  • Exceptional administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident, professional communication style with genuine client service orientation
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly valued)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to support across departments
