This high end, boutique agency has been servicing the inner Brisbane market for many years. They have built their brand on premium service levels across their specialist sectors which include Property Development, Residential and Project Sales, and Property Management. The business is well structured and is operating out of a stunning office in the heart of Newstead. The Role/Benefits:
- Manage a clean portfolio of 150 Properties
- VA provided to do most of your administration tasks!
- An inspections Manager does all your Routines, Entries and Exits!
- Stable team
- WFH/Flexible working conditions considered
- Low vacancy rates and very minimal Leasing!
- PropertyMe software used
- Supportive and easy-going Director who has cultivated an amazing team culture
- Full time Monday to Friday role with minimal Saturday work ONLY where required for Leasing
- $90,000 plus Superannuation
To be considered for the position, you must have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration, and at least 1-2 years Property Management experience.
