Job Description
The Role:
Our client is searching for an experienced senior property manager to manage a refined portfolio of luxury properties in one of Brisbane’s most coveted suburbs. This is not your average property management position—this is about delivering a bespoke service to discerning clients, with the full backing of a dedicated Leasing Team, Administration Team, and supportive/proactive Team Leader to ensure your day runs smoothly and professionally.
- Manage an exclusive portfolio of approx. 150 premium homes.
- No leasing. No routine inspections.
- Monday to Friday only | 8:30am–5:00pm – your weekends are yours.
- Hands-on support from a top-tier team including Leasing, Admin, and TL.
- A sophisticated client base that values discretion, quality, and service.
- Negotiable salary reflective of your experience and professionalism.
The Candidate:- 2+ years’ experience in portfolio Property Management.
- A strong understanding of high-end clientele and property standards.
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Impeccable presentation, exceptional communication, and a solutions-focused mindset.
